Wow! The days just seem to be flying by. It’s hard to believe that January has come and gone, and February is almost half over. I have been working on sessions that l could not share online. This however, l can share. These are some images from Erica’s photo session on friday. She is a lovely girl, very professional, a natural poser and that made my job so much easier. I wish her continued success

I was hired by the fashion designer Buki to photograph her very stylish 2011-2012 catalog. It was great, her fashion sense is very hip and exciting. She mixes African and Western fabrics to make a very unique statement. The clothes are custom made. I encourage anyone looking for a one of a kind outfit to give her a call. She is located in Sugar Land. Here are some images from the shoot.. It was a blast, as was working on the catalog..

Nothing is more satisfying than having a returning client. Sophi is now a young lady who recently turned 14. She is a fantastic singer songwriter based in Sugar Land, Texas and is on her way to the top, having appeared at places like the Hard Rock Cafe as well as the House of Blues. I had the pleasure of shooting her CD cover and we recently did another photo shoot. Here as some images from that session. I look forward to seeing this very talented woman get all the recognition she deserves. If you ever get a chance to see her perform, definitely check her out!

It’s been a while. I have been away to 2 of the most amazing cities in the world..I visited my best friend in Paris. It has been several years since my last visit there, and from there went on to London, which is by far my favorite city in the whole world. Every time really does feel like the first time! This time, l had a chance to visit the Chelsea Football Club, as well as the Emirates Arsenal club. What a thrill for a soccer nut like me. My team will always be Lazio in Serie A, but l love these 2 teams as well. Here are some of my favorite images..
I spent some time at the Museum of Natural Science in Houston as part of “Museum Day” for primarily school kids. 17 museums were free of charge in downtown Houston. I would have loved to visit so many of them, but as you can imagine, it was pretty crowded, so crowded in fact that we left shortly after entering as there was barely any space to move. And it was hot..hot..hot.. Anyway, here are a few pictures of the few minutes l spent in there. I know they rent the museum out for weddings and private events, so..hopefully, this will give you some inspiration.. The beaglealosaurus in the last pic? That’s my personal beast! Fearsome isn’t he?
p.s.. l know a great photographer to capture the moments.. !

Lamborghini Houston was the place to be this past thursday evening as they launched the new Aventador coupe from Lamborghini. Needless to say, l was in heaven, like a kid in a candy store. I got to sit in a couple of them and indulge in fantasies. It looked absolutely fantastic, but my favorite is still the Lamborghini Murcielago.. the blue one in the pictures. makes me proud to be Italian! You know l had to include one of myself! Enjoy.

There was an interesting news piece today about a photographer who refused to do a photo session for some high school girls who had been cyber bullying their classmates. The photographer didn’t feel she could bring out the beauty in these kids as they had shown themselves to be “ugly” with the way they demeaned classmates on their Facebook page. She made a point to copy their posts before being deleted and sent copies to the kids parents. A couple of the parents had no ida what their kids had been up to and thanked her.
I applaud her decision! Sometimes.. it does take a village to raise a child. They have to realize that bullying will not be tolerated! It’s not always about the money. I hope these kids learn a lesson from this and change their ways.
I had a chance to attend the launch of the BabyBull Brand of attire in downtown Houston. The models had fun, l had a chance to meet some of the former models that l had worked with previously, and l am proud to say that 2 of them have since signed up with modeling agencies with the portfolios l did for them! These are some images of the BabyBull models. Try their clothing.. they look very comfy and good quality.. Much success!

I was contacted by Peter’s wife Yinka through a mutual vendor. It was a surprise party. It turned out lovely. There was so much amazing food and the music was fantastic with a live band. There was face painting for the kids and lots of good wishes all around. I wish him many happy returns. Here are a few images from the day..
Peter and Kristina officially became husband and wife recently at the Sweetwater Country Club in Sugar Land. The weather turned out beautifully just for them. Everything went fantastically, save for the mother of the bride temporarily losing the rings! (turned out it had been left on the sidewalk..) . After a minor heart attack or 2, the ceremony was under way. There were tons of laughter. The bride looked great, the groom looked quite handsome and the guests all had a good time. I had the pleasure of documenting their special day, and l wish them a very happy married life. Here are some images from the event..
